In our first session together, here’s what you can expect
In our first session we will start building that therapeutic alliance that has the person getting to know their therapist and the therapist getting to know the person. I make the sessions nonjudgmental, safe, nurturing, and comfortable for the person so that they have a safe place to talk about any and everything.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe my sincere, genuine, sincerity, caring qualities, traits, character, reassures the person is in a safe environment to be their self .
The clients I’m best positioned to serve
Once again. i enjoy helping adults work through their childhood traumas that still have a hold on them today. We think we can manage those childhood traumas and relationship traumas, etc. but we do not. They are still with us in your adult years and affect our relations, friendships, ect. We try to bury the hurt, neglect, abuse, sexual abuse that happened so long ago but it subconsciously affects you in your adult hood in so many negative ways.

Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on understanding how a person’s subconscious thoughts and feelings, and memories influence their current behavior.
Interpersonal
Interpersonal therapy (IPT) is evidence-based treatment that focuses on improving interpersonal relationships and social functioning to help reduce psychological distress. | We Liked how Supportive but Direct he was during our session. He Challenged us in being truthful about how we are feeling about the problems in our relationship. Verified client, age 25-34 Review shared after session 1 with Dr. |
| Dr. Scott offered practical, norIjudgmental tools to help us recognize and frame our triggers, creating space for each of us to feel seen and heard–exactly what my partner and I were looking for, The sessions encouraged real-world use of the 1-18 framework, rooted in the idea that who we are is shaped in our early years. Recognizing the “what” of your partner’s experiences builds empathy. As someone working to break cycles of trauma, this was exactly what I needed.
